Service Description
This is a booking for an Expo or Convention event. These are typically longer and more expensive than normal studio bookings as the time and cost that goes into attending expos is very high. This booking may require you to remain at the convention event until all award categories have been presented!
Cancellation Policy
PLEASE READ IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Appointments are unable to be rescheduled within 72 hours of the appointment time. All booking fees (also referred to as deposits) are NON REFUNDABLE in the event of cancellation, no show or reschedule under ANY circumstance. If you do not attend your appointment, your booking fee will be forfeited. If you do not contact Binksy to advise of cancellation before your appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee, as follows For 1-4 hour appointments - $100 For 5 hour to Full day appointments - $200 Should you tap out (stop the session for any reason) within 3 hours or less of the session start time, you will be required to pay the equivalent of half day ($600) for the remainder of your session, and your deposit will be rolled over to your next session. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact Binksy directly. In the event of a cancellation, please advise Binksy directly, as soon as possible. Please Note: The studio reserves the right to record any activity by way of video and audio recording camera for safety and security purposes. These recordings may be used for marketing, legal, or other purposes.
